Recruitment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assist in the recruitment process by helping to identify suitable candidates for various roles, especially those involving work with children.

• Advertise job vacancies across multiple platforms to draw in qualified candidates.

• Review resumes and conduct interviews, particularly for positions that involve working with children.

• Support candidate onboarding and manage necessary documentation.

• Assess candidates to ensure they are well-suited for roles that involve working with children.

• Adhere to client training and comply with established paperwork and internal protocols.

• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment tracking systems.

• Organize interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Carry out additional tasks as required by the position.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient level of English (both written and spoken).

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, especially when screening candidates for roles with children.

• Previous experience in recruiting or human resources.

• Comfortable conducting interviews with candidates.

• Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Innovative thinker who is proactive, dependable, organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and confident.

• Positive outlook with the ability to learn and adapt promptly.

• Capability to understand and accurately follow established processes with minimal supervision.

• Availability to work in accordance with U.S. Eastern Time (New York time) business hours for a minimum of four hours, specifically from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
