This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Establish and oversee your own recruitment desk within a specialized international market.
• Actively pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales, networking, and strategic market involvement.
• Oversee the complete 360 recruitment process—from acquiring clients to placing candidates and providing aftercare.
• Cultivate long-lasting, consultative partnerships with both clients and candidates.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams in marketing, operations, data, and finance to drive business success.
• Utilize industry-leading technology to optimize administrative tasks and concentrate on revenue-generating activities.
• Consistently achieve and surpass activity, revenue, and placement key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Remain informed about trends in the ERP, HRIS, and Healthcare systems sectors.
• At least 2 years of experience in 360 recruitment or B2B sales with a significant focus on business development.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Resilient, self-driven, and goal-oriented with a strong desire for success.
• Access to a laptop and reliable, high-speed internet is essential.
