Recruitment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.

• Employ a diverse range of recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media channels, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selecting candidates.

• Conduct comprehensive screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural compatibility.

• Organize and schedule interviews effectively.

• Keep precise and updated records in the applicant tracking system.

• Foster and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and develop customized recruitment strategies.

• Remain informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience as a Talent Recruiter or in a comparable role, with a proven history of successfully sourcing and selecting qualified candidates.

• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and methodologies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proven ability to effectively leverage recruitment tools and platforms, including job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the capacity to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

• Highly organized with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
