Recruitment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily hiring activities in collaboration with hiring managers from various departments.

• Manage job advertisements, applicant tracking, scheduling, and communication with candidates.

• Assist with CV reviews and conduct initial phone interviews when necessary.

• Organize interviews to ensure a seamless experience for candidates.

• Spearhead sourcing and outreach efforts for critical hires as needed.

• Contribute to the development of recruitment processes utilizing Ashby ATS, automation, and AI technologies.

• Take charge of offer documentation, compliance verification, and reference checks.

• Provide management with insights on market trends to help shape people strategy.

• Assist with broader People Operations responsibilities during less busy recruitment phases.

• Collaborate across Technology, Commercial, and Education roles on a global scale.

• Report directly to the Chief of Staff.

• Aid in the recruitment of over 100 positions in 2026.

• Proven experience in hiring for various roles within a rapidly growing global technology company.

• Successful track record of delivering results across diverse functions, preferably in technical and commercial areas.

• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong, clear communication skills with the ability to quickly establish relationships.

• Proficient in technology, including recruitment tools, processes, and automation techniques.

• Comfortable analyzing data and pinpointing recruitment challenges.

• Experience working with ATS Ashby, automation, and AI tools.

• Capability to coordinate hiring across Technology, Commercial, and Education sectors.

• Availability to start immediately.
