This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
• Execute high-volume hiring for roles in operations, administration, virtual assistance, customer support, and various business support functions.
• Identify candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment avenues.
• Assess resumes and applications to pinpoint qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experiences, and cultural compatibility.
• Arrange interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Keep precise records of candidates and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and sustain talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide management with regular updates on hiring progress.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend workforce needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant employment regulations.
• A minimum of **3 years of recruitment experience**, ideally in a high-volume hiring context.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for:
• - Virtual Assistant positions
• - Administrative and back-office roles
• - Customer support positions
• - Shared services or BPO roles
• - Operational support functions
• Experience working within an:
• - Employer of Record (EOR) environment
• - Outsourcing company
• - Staffing agency
• - Offshoring organization
• - Workforce solutions provider
• Strong skills in interviewing and evaluating candidates.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple requisitions at once while achieving hiring goals.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred:
• Experience utilizing **Workable** as an Applicant Tracking System.
• Familiarity with **Salesforce** or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience in supporting remote or global hiring efforts.
• Understanding of recruitment metrics, talent pipelines, and workforce planning.
