This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identify and evaluate candidates for approximately 3 active requisitions simultaneously, contributing towards a team objective of around 5 placements monthly.
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate suitability — focusing on communication proficiency, alignment with the role, and readiness for client interaction.
• Facilitate structured preparation calls to equip candidates for client interviews, including mock question-and-answer sessions and role-specific coaching.
• Document comprehensive endorsement notes in ClickUp for every candidate you progress — providing specific, evidence-based evaluations rather than generic assessments like "strong candidate."
• Collaborate directly with account managers and clients to ensure a clear understanding of the actual profile behind each requisition, beyond the job description.
• Establish and nurture candidate relationships throughout the placement process and beyond.
• Identify quality issues, process deficiencies, or sourcing misalignments early — do not wait until the client screening phase.
• Oversee your own pipeline and ClickUp tasks with meticulous attention to detail; ensure nothing is overlooked.
• Monitor your performance metrics and uphold accountability to team KPIs related to quality, retention, and time to hire.
• A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a remote staffing or agency setting.
• Strong intuition for candidate quality — able to distinguish between those who interview well and those who will deliver results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — your endorsement notes, candidate correspondence, and client interactions reflect on Hireframe.
• Comfortable handling multiple requisitions concurrently across varying timelines, client types, and role functions.
• High sense of ownership — you track your own metrics, identify your own obstacles, and proactively provide updates without being prompted.
• Familiarity with recruiting and team tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, ClickUp, Slack, and Google Meet/Zoom/Loom or similar platforms.
• Capable of delivering candid candidate evaluations, including highlighting potential concerns even when you have a favorable impression of the individual.

• Must be fully available to work from 12am to 9am PHT as a permanent schedule — this is a strict requirement, with no flexibility.
