Recruitment Specialist – ABA Therapy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage recruitment advertisements, primarily utilizing Indeed.

• Evaluate incoming applications and resumes to pinpoint qualified candidates.

• Reach out to candidates via phone to explore opportunities and assess their fit.

• Conduct interviews with candidates and assess them according to role specifications.

• Foster strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Identify qualified candidates and guide successful applicants through the hiring journey.

• Employ judgment and emotional intelligence to comprehend candidates and evaluate their suitability.

• Adhere to established recruitment guidelines and processes while maintaining a natural, conversational style in candidate interactions.

• Keep precise records of candidates and recruitment data.

• Collaborate closely with the client’s leadership team throughout the recruitment process.

• Initially recruit Registered Behavior Technicians, with the potential to expand to Board Certified Behavior Analysts as the business evolves.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in ABA is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Previous experience as a Recruiter within the healthcare field.

• A background in psychology may also be beneficial.

• Outstanding English communication skills and fluency.

• High emotional intelligence and strong intuition.

• A friendly, patient, and empathetic demeanor.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of swift action when necessary.

• Ability to quickly read and understand diverse personalities.

• Capable of adhering to processes and guidelines while maintaining a natural, conversational approach.

• Good general computer literacy.

• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and digital platforms.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

• Experience with ATS or recruitment platforms is a plus.

• Fixed fiber line with a minimum upload and download speed of 25 Mbps, with wired Ethernet capability.

• Reliable backup power is necessary to manage load shedding or outages.
