This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to grasp role requirements and sourcing priorities.
• Employ a multi-channel sourcing strategy, utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
• Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring demands.
• Initiate candidate outreach using approved messaging templates.
• Oversee candidate responses and arrange screening calls directly in recruiters' calendars.
• Request CVs from interested candidates and upload shortlisted profiles into internal systems (e.g., Brunel).
• Keep accurate and current candidate records and notes.
• Assist multiple active roles across Oil & Gas and Mining teams with clear transitions to recruiters.
• Work closely with recruiters to ensure candidate quality, relevance, and a positive candidate experience.
• Provide additional administrative or recruitment support during low-volume periods, as necessary.
• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment sourcing, coordination, sales, or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong enthusiasm for recruitment, sourcing, and market research.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and work swiftly in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable operating in a remote, self-guided setting.
• Eagerness to learn technical and industry-specific terminology.
