This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for various divisions within the organization.
• Handle job advertisements, proactive sourcing (headhunting), and evaluation of candidates.
• Perform initial interviews with a focus on behavioral evaluation and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate schedules, selection phases, and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Assist in People Operations activities, including onboarding and internal engagement programs.
• Aid in structuring processes, controls, and workflows for the team.
• Proven experience in fast-paced environments with swift changes and multiple concurrent demands.
• Knowledge of digital tools and recruitment platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, selection, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to organize and handle multiple open positions at the same time.
• Proactive mindset, adept at thriving in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to discern behavioral fit.
• Authentic passion for recruitment, human behavior, and personnel development.
• Independence in executing and monitoring processes.
• Proficiency with digital tools and recruitment platforms.
• Interest in technology, AI, and emerging HR tools.
