Recruitment Resourcer, US Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee recruitment assignments to provide high-caliber candidates according to specified recruitment briefs.

• Present opportunities to candidates through engaging phone conversations and effectively address objections.

• Create comprehensive candidate profiles that highlight suitability and anticipate potential objections.

• Transform candidate profiles into polished CVs/resumes for current and future roles.

• Conduct market analysis to pinpoint target companies and exceptional candidates.

• Source and connect with candidates using calls, networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various digital platforms.

• Establish and nurture long-lasting candidate relationships throughout the recruitment journey.

• Investigate and determine accurate contact methods for prospective candidates.

• Manage recruitment administration tasks, including CRM updates, interview confirmations, pipeline oversight, and activity monitoring.

• Consistently achieve agreed-upon activity and recruitment objectives.

• Collaborate with the broader recruitment team on assignments.

• Generate referrals and recognize potential business opportunities.

• Provide regular updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 18 months of recruitment experience, ideally focused on permanent placements.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence in speaking with professionals over the phone.

• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.

• Proven track record of sourcing and delivering candidates for challenging vacancies.

• Demonstrated experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and various sourcing platforms.

• Proactive, driven by targets, and motivated by success.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, KPI-oriented recruitment environment.

• Strong team player eager to learn, grow, and advance.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday during US time zone/PST hours.
