This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee recruitment projects to consistently deliver high-quality candidates that align with specified recruitment criteria.
• Promote job opportunities to candidates through phone conversations, addressing any concerns to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for each project.
• Create comprehensive candidate profiles that showcase their suitability, qualifications, and any concerns that may need addressing.
• Transform candidate profiles into polished CVs/resumes for both current roles and future prospects.
• Perform thorough market research to pinpoint target companies and exceptional candidates.
• Actively seek out and engage candidates through calls, networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various digital platforms.
• Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Investigate and determine reliable contact methods for prospective candidates.
• Manage all recruitment administrative tasks, including CRM updates, interview confirmations, pipeline oversight, and activity monitoring.
• Achieve agreed-upon activity and recruitment goals consistently.
• Collaborate effectively with the broader recruitment team to ensure successful execution across all projects.
• Generate referrals and identify potential business opportunities whenever possible.
• Provide ongoing updates to candidates throughout the hiring process to guarantee an exceptional candidate experience.
• Minimum of 18 months of recruitment experience (preferably focused on permanent placements).
• Strong communication abilities and confidence in engaging with professionals over the phone.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven track record in sourcing and presenting candidates for challenging vacancies.
• Demonstrable experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and driven by success.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, KPI-focused recruitment setting.
• Strong collaborator with an eagerness to learn, grow, and advance.
