This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee recruitment assignments to consistently provide high-quality candidates that align with specified recruitment briefs.

• Effectively communicate the benefits of opportunities to candidates through phone conversations, addressing objections to ensure a steady influx of top-tier candidates for each assignment.

• Deliver comprehensive candidate profiles that illustrate suitability, qualifications, and any objections that may need to be addressed.

• Transform candidate profiles into polished CVs/resumes for both current roles and future prospects.

• Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint target companies and identify high-quality candidates.

• Actively seek out and engage candidates via calls, networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other digital platforms.

• Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

• Investigate and confirm accurate contact methods for potential candidates.

• Manage all recruitment administrative tasks including CRM updates, interview confirmations, pipeline management, and activity tracking.

• Consistently meet agreed-upon activity and recruitment targets.

• Collaborate effectively with the broader recruitment team to ensure successful outcomes across all assignments.

• Generate referrals and identify potential business leads whenever possible.

• Provide candidates with regular updates throughout the hiring process to guarantee an exceptional candidate experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months of recruitment experience, preferably with a focus on permanent placements.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with professionals over the phone.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

• Proven track record of sourcing and placing candidates for challenging vacancies.

• Demonstrated experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.

• Proactive, target-driven, and motivated by achieving success.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-focused recruitment environment.

• Strong team player eager to learn, develop, and advance in their career.
