• Conduct outbound calls and follow up with engineering and technical candidates across global markets.
• Engage both warm and cold candidates through structured communication methods and scripts.
• Establish rapport with candidates and identify potential opportunities that align with their career aspirations.
• Manage candidate pipelines and consistently schedule follow-up activities.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, and candidate databases to oversee outreach initiatives.
• Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and progress within the CRM system.
• Assist recruiters by qualifying candidate interest and maintaining engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Implement multi-touch outreach strategies, including messages, calls, and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily KPI targets related to call volumes, candidate engagement, and pipeline activity.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and engage in ongoing coaching and process improvement efforts.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, telesales, appointment setting, lead generation, or outbound sales.
• Excellent phone communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Resilient character with the capacity to professionally handle rejection and maintain motivation.
• Comfortable operating in KPI-driven environments.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, or sales/recruitment platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups simultaneously.
• Previous experience in engineering, technical recruitment, or international markets is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while upholding accountability.
• A reliable laptop/computer and a stable high-speed internet connection are required.
