This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Engage in talent sourcing through direct outreach on LinkedIn.
• Emphasize sourcing both passive and active candidates via networking, intricate internet searches, research, name generation, and calls.
• Execute search functions such as database mining, job board searches, and functional web searches.
• Investigate and identify new channels for talent sourcing, consistently striving to discover untapped talent.
• Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting our values and enhancing brand awareness in the market while ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
• Maintain and monitor your sourced talent using our ATS (SmartRecruiters).
• Track essential recruitment metrics and generate regular (as well as ad-hoc) reports on recruitment activities.
• Proven experience in the Recruiting/Sourcing domain.
• Familiarity with key development languages, libraries, frameworks, and an understanding of the critical differences among them.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to effectively communicate with international individuals.
• Distinctive LinkedIn profile.
• Preferred: A background in Engineering, Finance, or Economics would be advantageous.
