This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Oversee and coordinate various processes throughout the contingent worker lifecycle.
• Support Hiring Managers, Staffing Specialists, and suppliers during the acquisition process.
• Record all client-reported issues and monitor their resolution.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, suppliers, and contingent workers.
• Perform research and analysis to address inquiries as necessary.
• Deliver program status updates to leadership.
• Track performance against contract SLA’s.
• Ensure the timely completion of new hire documentation.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in Japanese at a business level.
• Preferred proficiency in written and verbal communication in English at a business level.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, staffing, and/or MSP.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Advanced skills in MS Office/Tools.
