Recruitment & Outreach Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on US educational institutions and generate leads through LinkedIn.

• Grasp the requirements of the Campus Manager position and pinpoint candidates who are well-suited for the role.

• Employ Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methods to discover high-caliber candidates.

• Effectively source and engage candidates via LinkedIn and various recruiting platforms.

• Ensure that leads adhere to specific criteria related to fields of study, graduation years, and relevance to Fresh Prints' custom apparel business.

• Maintain regular communication with the team regarding progress and highlight any challenges or insights encountered.

• Keep data accurate and provide timely updates in lead databases.

• Collaborate with the manager to refine sourcing strategies and enhance hiring efficiency.

• Stay receptive to experimenting with AI tools such as Claude and other sourcing technologies to boost recruiter productivity and sourcing results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding oral and written communication abilities, complemented by a neutral accent.

• Proficiency in English is essential.

• Strong familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and candidate outreach techniques.

• Comfort in using Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing.

• Willingness to learn and experiment with AI tools to improve recruiting processes.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people.

• Experience in LinkedIn recruiting is preferred.

• Minimum of 1 year of high-volume recruiting experience (we also welcome freshers with internship experience).

• At least 1 year of outbound sales or marketing experience.

• Detail-oriented and meticulous in approach to work.

• Self-driven and enthusiastic about engaging in diverse projects.
