This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Evaluate incoming candidate profiles to assess their suitability for typical NATO project requirements.
• Engage in structured discussions with candidates to gather information on: • Citizenship and eligibility criteria • Potential for security clearance • Professional history • Preferred work locations • Salary and rate expectations • Availability and mobility
• Keep precise records and documentation of candidates.
• Assist candidates in navigating the initial phases of security clearance preparation and submission procedures.
• Develop and continually enhance our network of prequalified professionals who might qualify for future NATO roles.
• Track newly available opportunities across various NATO-related programs and frameworks.
• Utilize AI tools and internal databases to identify potential candidate fits.
• Assess AI-generated recommendations and confirm candidate appropriateness.
• Reach out to potentially suitable candidates and present relevant opportunities.
• Gather information on candidate interest and availability.
• Forward interested candidates to the recruitment team for comprehensive qualification and submission.
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational abilities
• Proficient in handling large quantities of CVs and data
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Analytical approach to problem-solving
• Capability to adhere to structured processes
• High degree of accuracy and consistency
• Comfortable employing AI tools in daily tasks
• Familiarity with databases, ATS systems, CRM systems, recruitment systems, or similar platforms
• Recruitment experience (Nice to Have)
• Experience in talent acquisition (Nice to Have)
• Background in candidate screening (Nice to Have)
• Experience in government, defense, security, public sector, or regulated industries (Nice to Have)
• Knowledge of security clearance processes (Nice to Have)
• Experience in data analysis or talent intelligence (Nice to Have)
