Recruitment Operations Specialist – AI, NATO Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluate incoming candidate profiles to assess their alignment with the professional standards typically required for NATO projects.

• Conduct structured discussions with candidates to gather insights on:

• Citizenship and eligibility criteria

• Potential for security clearance

• Professional experience

• Preferred work locations

• Salary and rate expectations

• Availability and willingness to relocate

• Maintain precise candidate records and documentation.

• Assist candidates during the initial phases of security clearance preparation and submission.

• Develop and continually enhance our pool of prequalified professionals who may qualify for future NATO roles.

• Keep track of newly available opportunities across various NATO-related programs and frameworks.

• Utilize AI tools and internal databases to discover potential candidate matches.

• Evaluate AI-generated suggestions and confirm candidate suitability.

• Reach out to potentially suitable candidates and present them with matching opportunities.

• Gather information on candidate interest and availability.

• Forward interested candidates to the recruitment team for complete qualification and submission.
