This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhance recruitment operations, candidate experience, and recruiter efficiency on a large scale.
• Manage the entire interview process, including scheduling, candidate communications, and coordination with stakeholders across various functions and time zones.
• Assist in sourcing candidates for a designated vertical and recruiting team.
• Conduct talent research, review resumes, reach out to candidates, and manage the CRM pipeline.
• Act as a point of escalation for operational issues related to complex or high-priority recruiting activities.
• Assess and refine recruiting workflows and sourcing methodologies.
• Ensure data integrity across applicant tracking and customer relationship management systems.
• Monitor sourcing efforts and track candidate pipeline status.
• Oversee requisition lifecycle tasks, including job posting creation and updates.
• Aid in the development of recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Create and document standard operating procedures and playbooks for recruiting and sourcing.
• Foster shared-services operations and collaboration between teams.
• Engage in enhancements to recruiting and sourcing technology and process improvements.
• Provide consistent, high-quality service that meets service level expectations.
• Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment in all tasks.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruiting operations, coordination, or talent operations.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be acceptable.
• Familiarity with recruiting operations, sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, customer relationship management tools, and recruiting process workflows.
• Proficiency in scheduling, coordination, candidate communication, process documentation, reporting, data accuracy, Microsoft Office suite, and recruiting technologies.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, exercise good judgment, collaborate effectively across teams, and pinpoint opportunities for process improvements.
• Up to 10% travel may be required as necessary.
