Recruitment Marketing Campaign Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee project deliverables by developing and maintaining work plans, tracking timelines, and effectively communicating project updates to stakeholders.

• Propose solutions for conflicts or obstacles within your project scope, seeking guidance from leadership when necessary.

• Foster robust partnerships across peer groups and collaborate with leaders to enhance project results.

• Lead productive discussions to ensure continuous progress on tasks.

• Evaluate qualitative and quantitative data to uncover trends, offer insights, and formulate action plans aimed at improving project outcomes.

• Achieve project objectives with an emphasis on timelines, dependencies, and risk management.

• Proactively drive tasks to completion and escalate issues as needed.

• Assume responsibility for your personal growth and actively pursue opportunities to enhance your skills and project management acumen.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the healthcare industry.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects from inception to execution on a large scale.

• Familiarity with managing technology-driven projects is a plus, though not mandatory.

• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Demonstrated experience in business analysis, encompassing trend identification, insight development, and formulation of data-driven recommendations.

• Background in preparing executive-level summaries, reports, or presentations based on analytical findings.

• Project Management Professional certification.
