Recruitment Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Lead the Recruitment team, set performance benchmarks, and ensure accountability for hiring outcomes.

• Create and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with the company's hiring objectives.

• Validate hiring requests and allocate searches based on urgency, complexity, recruiter availability, and experience.

• Supervise high-volume and specialized recruitment, conduct second interviews, and approve candidates for introduction.

• Develop and enhance sourcing channels, talent pipelines, partnerships, and outreach methods.

• Track recruitment KPIs, funnel conversion rates, recruiter performance, cost per hire, and early pipeline indicators.

• Identify challenges and refine recruitment processes, time to hire, candidate quality, and team efficiency.

• Mentor Recruiters and Sourcers, manage performance, and support onboarding and professional growth.

• Ensure accurate ATS usage, maintain pipeline integrity, track activities, report results, and forecast hiring needs.

• Present recruitment performance, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English (C1/C2).

• Over 2 years of experience managing recruitment teams in staffing, BPO, outsourcing, or a related field.

• 2 to 5 years of experience managing comprehensive recruitment strategies.

• Demonstrated success in high-conversion sourcing, mass recruitment, and specialized hiring.

• Familiarity with recruitment KPIs, process optimization, ATS management, team coaching, and stakeholder collaboration.

• Experience recruiting for international or US-based clients is preferred.

• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• A quiet home office, stable internet connection, and a backup connection are required.
