Recruitment Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from start to finish.

• Work closely with Hiring Managers in both Poland and the United States.

• Lead a team and address projects aimed at enhancing processes.

• Participate in hands-on recruitment activities as necessary.

• Develop and suggest innovative ideas.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in team leadership.

• At least 6 years of recruitment experience within the IT sector.

• Preference for a startup culture over a corporate environment.

• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Proficient in using ATS and HRIS systems.

• Demonstrated success in hands-on headhunting and direct sourcing for senior positions.

• Actively involved in operational recruitment tasks.

• Possess a data-driven approach to recruitment.

• Capable of organizing and prioritizing tasks efficiently.

• Fluent in Polish (C2) and proficient in English (at least B2/C1).
