Recruitment Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee, guide, and lead a team of recruiters across various markets

• Establish performance objectives and track team KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, conversion rates, pipeline efficiency)

• Take responsibility for the complete recruitment processes for designated regions and positions

• Handle high-volume recruitment efforts (mass hiring) and BPO recruitment initiatives

• Ensure effective management of the candidate pipeline from sourcing through to onboarding

• Conduct market analyses for hiring across Europe, with a focus on Ukraine

• Create hiring strategies based on talent availability and business requirements

• Assess hiring capacity and predict workforce needs

• Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics (e.g., sourcing channels, conversion rates, hiring speed)

• Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership on recruitment needs and timelines

• Align recruitment strategies with organizational objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Recruitment Team Leader or Lead Recruiter

• Solid background in BPO and/or mass hiring

• Experience in recruiting within European markets (with a preference for Ukraine)

• Proven track record in managing recruitment metrics and data analysis

• Practical experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools

• Capacity to manage high-volume hiring processes

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities

• Proficient in English (knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous)
