Recruitment Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Utilize social media platforms (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter) to search for and connect with prospective candidates.

• Evaluate online portfolios and resumes to conduct initial screenings of candidates.

• Collaborate with Recruiters to establish the requirements for each position.

• Dispatch recruiting emails and follow up with candidates.

• Access various job portals and upload candidate resumes.

• Conduct phone screenings for candidates.

• Enter applicant information into the Applicant Tracking System.

• Assist in verifying the system requirements of applicants.

• Provide support for sourcing and recruitment-related activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Google Workspace.

• Strong time-management skills with the capability to manage multiple open positions concurrently.

• Excellent administrative, time-management, and organizational abilities.

• A minimum of 400 hours of experience required.

• **System Requirements**

• A primary internet connection of at least 15mbps and a backup of at least 10mbps.

• A desktop or laptop equipped with an i5 processor and a minimum of 8 GB RAM, with an i3 processor as a backup.

• Note: Backup systems should remain operational during power interruptions.

• A webcam.

• A noise-canceling USB headset.

• A quiet and dedicated home office space.

• A smartphone.
