Recruitment Intern, 100% Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Engage in the comprehensive recruitment process from start to finish

• Create and distribute job postings

• Evaluate incoming CVs/resumes

• Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates

• Schedule interviews and selection meetings

• Interview candidates and make selections

• Gather necessary administrative documentation

• Assist in making hiring decisions

• Currently studying Human Resources

• Strong team player who is comfortable working remotely

• Capable of making an immediate impact and working independently

• Familiarity with digital tools

• Availability for a full-time internship lasting 6 months
