This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the complete candidate journey for all open positions using the ATS.
• Arrange, confirm, and adjust interview schedules with efficiency and precision.
• Monitor candidate progression and proactively pinpoint any pipeline delays.
• Provide timely updates, feedback, and rejection notifications to candidates.
• Address candidate inquiries promptly throughout the recruitment process.
• Serve as the intermediary between recruiting teams and internal hiring stakeholders.
• Keep candidate data accurate and up-to-date across all positions.
• Assist recruiting leadership and facilitate workflows as the team expands.
• Proactively escalate any obstacles or delays to maintain hiring momentum.
• Discover opportunities to automate repetitive recruiting tasks.
• Assess which processes necessitate a human touch versus automation.
• Enhance and streamline existing workflows for better efficiency and consistency.
• Suggest and implement process enhancements proactively.
• Deliver professional and engaging communication at every candidate interaction.
• Maintain clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Ensure timely updates, scheduling adjustments, and feedback distribution.
• Positively represent the company brand throughout the hiring process.
• 2–4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations.
• Practical experience with Ashby ATS (immediate functional proficiency required).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities across various open roles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated capability to work with urgency in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
• High degree of ownership, accountability, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience supporting recruitment across technical, operational, and leadership positions (Preferred).
• Familiarity with startup or high-growth company environments (Preferred).
• Experience in implementing recruiting workflow automation (Preferred).
• Experience collaborating with distributed or remote teams (Preferred).
• Strong asynchronous communication practices and knowledge of remote collaboration tools (Preferred).
• Additional experience with ATS or HRIS platforms (Preferred).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Preferred).
• Familiarity with calendar and scheduling tools (Preferred).
• Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier) (Preferred).
