This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Oversee and manage the complete interview process, ensuring candidates progress timely through each stage.
β’ Arrange a large number of interviews across various time zones and stakeholder groups.
β’ Handle all logistical aspects β including virtual meeting links, onsite interview rooms, travel arrangements where necessary, and communication with candidates.
β’ Create, prepare, and disseminate offer letters with a high level of precision.
β’ Initiate background checks and track their progress to guarantee timely completion.
β’ Launch onboarding processes and monitor the completion of necessary documentation and tasks.
β’ Keep accurate candidate records and ensure data integrity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
β’ Assist in enhancing processes and documenting recruiting workflows.
β’ 1β3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative positions β RPO experience is an advantage.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
β’ Experience with an ATS (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever) is preferred.
β’ Knowledge of background check processes and onboarding systems is beneficial.
