Recruitment Consultant, US Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Actively engage in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Search, Boolean search methods, and various other sourcing platforms.

• Execute targeted headhunting initiatives to uncover passive recruitment professionals.

• Establish and nurture talent pipelines across diverse recruitment sectors.

• Conduct competency-based interviews and qualification calls with candidates.

• Foster strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

• Create high-quality candidate profiles for submission to clients.

• Organize interviews and manage feedback during the hiring process.

• Assist in offer management and candidate negotiations.

• Maintain accurate candidate information in the CRM/ATS.

• Strive to meet agreed-upon activity and delivery KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or candidate sourcing.

• Extensive experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn for sourcing candidates.

• Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and proactive sourcing strategies.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple job vacancies.

• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

• Self-driven and capable of working efficiently in a remote setting.
