This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and recruit candidates for designated roles utilizing a variety of job posting and search platforms.
• Employ innovative networking techniques and social media to reach out to potential applicants.
• Actively seek both active and passive job seekers, leveraging job boards for candidate searches.
• Serve as a bridge between client facilities and newly recruited employees.
• Oversee the screening of applications and resumes, conduct interviews, and complete reference checks.
• Assess and recommend candidates for employment.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant employment regulations.
• Maintain documentation of confidential information in accordance with HIPAA standards.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.

• Quick adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
