This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Talent Acquisition: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and various other channels to locate exceptional candidates.
• Screening & Interviews: Perform initial screenings and consecutive interviews to align talent with client specifications.
• Candidate Management: Foster robust relationships with candidates, offering regular updates and feedback throughout the hiring journey.
• Database Management: Ensure candidate information is precise and systematically organized within internal systems.
• Job Advertising: Create and publish engaging job postings to draw suitable candidates.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with 360-degree recruiters or account managers to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Market Research: Remain updated on industry trends to recognize and connect with in-demand talent.
• Outstanding English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Previous experience in recruitment, ideally in high-volume environments.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
