This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Manage the selection process by identifying and evaluating candidates, performing initial phone interviews, facilitating in-person interviews, and gathering feedback from both our clients and candidates.
• Establish and nurture a robust network of candidates through market analysis and continuous bench management, showcasing the ability to foresee client requirements and hiring manager preferences by achieving impressive submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.
• Create an innovative and proactive recruitment strategy to attract both passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent for available positions and effectively address concerns during the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers (clients) on final selections, compensation, and recruitment processes, focusing on delivering value and prioritizing the client's best interests.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure that weekly and monthly submission and hiring targets are achieved.
• Update and manage reports, including applicant tracking system data and other related administrative tasks.
• Proven track record of successfully executing all facets of recruiting, including competitive market analysis, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, negotiating, and closing candidates while achieving results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting environment.
• Ability to surpass performance expectations and goals, as well as implement feedback to achieve intended results.
• Maintain awareness of the recruiting pipeline at all times, with the ability to confidently communicate it to others.
• Strong client orientation and a commitment to continuous enhancement.
• Capability to execute recruitment strategies, including a clear articulation of RPO and client relationships.
• Possess strong skills in time prioritization, embrace change, and demonstrate adaptability when directions and priorities shift.
• Actively engage with the recruiting team and seek opportunities to provide additional value while fostering an environment of open collaboration.
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including intermediate MS Office skills, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a robust presence on social media.
