Recruitment Consultant, Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Engaging with candidates via phone to assess their suitability for various roles

• Conducting candidate outreach initiatives

• Composing and dispatching candidate profiles to clients

• Aiding in the management of both permanent and locum candidates

• Organizing interviews and conducting follow-ups

• Formatting CVs for presentation

• Managing CRM/database systems

• Providing general recruitment and administrative support

• Collaborating closely with the Principal Consultant on daily recruitment tasks

⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Exhibits confidence in conversing with candidates and clients over the phone

• Is outgoing, personable, and maintains a professional demeanor

• Capable of working independently without the need for constant supervision

• Accepts feedback and guidance constructively

• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced work environment

• Has prior recruitment experience with clients from Australia, USA, Canada, or England
