Recruitment Consultant, Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Engaging with candidates via phone to evaluate their suitability for various roles

• Conducting bulk email outreach to prospective candidates

• Composing and dispatching candidate profiles to clients

• Aiding in the management of both permanent and locum candidates

• Organizing interviews and ensuring timely follow-ups

• Formatting resumes for presentation

• Overseeing CRM/database operations

• Providing general support in recruitment and administration tasks

• Collaborating closely with the Principal Consultant on daily recruitment functions

• Possesses excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

• Feels confident in engaging with candidates and clients over the phone

• Is outgoing, personable, and maintains a professional demeanor

• Capable of working independently without the need for constant oversight

• Welcomes feedback and guidance positively

• Is organized, dependable, and takes initiative

• Exhibits a keen attention to detail

• Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or as a virtual assistant is highly valued
