This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage the selection process by identifying and evaluating candidates, conducting preliminary phone interviews, facilitating in-person interviews, and collecting feedback from clients and candidates.
• Establish and nurture a robust candidate network through market analysis and continuous bench management.
• Anticipate the needs of clients and preferences of hiring managers while ensuring strong ratios of submissions to interviews and interviews to offers.
• Create innovative and proactive recruitment approaches to attract both passive and active candidates.
• Present qualified talent for open positions and address objections throughout the hiring process.
• Advise client hiring managers on final candidate selections, compensation packages, and recruitment methodologies.
• Sustain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for submissions and hiring.
• Update and maintain data in the applicant tracking system, including reports and other administrative documentation.
• Proven capability to handle all facets of recruiting, encompassing competitive market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, negotiation, and candidate closure.
• Ability to meet and surpass performance targets and implement constructive feedback.
• Confidence in communicating the status of the recruiting pipeline.
• Strong client orientation and dedication to ongoing improvement.
• Capacity to execute recruitment strategies and effectively convey RPO and client relationships.
• Excellent time-management skills, with the flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing directions and priorities.
• Active engagement within the recruiting team and contribution to a collaborative work environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer usage, including intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system.
• Strong presence on social media platforms.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
