Recruitment Consultant – Executive/Leadership Sourcing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Manage the candidate selection process by identifying and evaluating potential hires.

• Establish and nurture a robust network of candidates through market research and ongoing bench management.

• Create an innovative and proactive recruitment strategy.

• Present top talent for available positions while effectively addressing any objections.

• Collaborate with hiring managers on final selections, compensation, and recruitment procedures.

• Ensure that weekly and monthly submission and hiring targets are achieved.

• Update and maintain various reports, including data and reports from the applicant tracking system.

• Ability to implement effective recruitment strategies.

• Excellent skills in prioritizing time and tasks.

• Proven computer skills, including intermediate proficiency in MS Office, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a robust social media presence.
