Recruitment Consultant – Dayshift, Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluating applicants for roles within warehouse and logistics, including Pick Packers, Process Workers, Forklift Drivers, and Truck Drivers.

• Conducting interviews with candidates via Microsoft Teams.

• Overseeing the complete onboarding process, which includes reference checks, police checks, inductions, scheduling physical assessments with our consultants, and fulfilling all compliance obligations.

• Responding to incoming calls and providing assistance to candidates regarding shift inquiries, job opportunities, and call-ins.

• Managing shared email accounts and liaising with clients about absenteeism, staffing requests, and other operational needs.

• Updating and maintaining daily and weekly rosters, including making necessary roster adjustments.

• Offering after-hours support on weekends, public holidays, and as scheduled.

• Prior experience in recruitment is highly valued; however, we are open to candidates eager to learn with a solid administrative and customer service background.

• Confidence in making a large volume of outbound calls and engaging with candidates over the phone for job screenings.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities, as we have strict budgets and deadlines to adhere to.

• Must be willing to work on rotating shifts.
