Recruitment Consultant – Construction, LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to their placement and onboarding.

• Identify and attract qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing avenues.

• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates' experience, communication abilities, and overall compatibility.

• Present qualified candidates to clients along with comprehensive candidate summaries.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

• Communicate directly with clients regarding updates on candidates, coordination of interviews, and onboarding processes.

• Handle multiple open positions while keeping recruitment pipelines organized.

• Ensure that ATS records are accurate and current.

• Collaborate with internal team members to provide an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates.

• Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to successful placements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in a recruitment agency or staffing setting.

• Demonstrated experience in managing the full recruitment cycle.

• Proficient sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Comfortable engaging directly with both candidates and clients.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Consultative and relationship-driven approach to recruitment.

• Experience in recruiting for construction, skilled trades, engineering, or related sectors is a plus, but not mandatory.
