This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Manage the selection process by identifying and evaluating candidates, conducting preliminary phone interviews, facilitating meetings, and collecting feedback from both clients and candidates.
• Cultivate and sustain a robust network of candidates through market analysis and ongoing bench management, showcasing the ability to foresee client requirements and hiring manager preferences by achieving strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.
• Formulate an innovative and proactive recruitment strategy aimed at identifying both passive and active candidates.
• Present exceptional talent for open roles and address concerns that arise during the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers (clients) on final selections, compensation, and recruitment processes, emphasizing value addition and prioritizing the client's best interests.
• Maintain strong relationships and satisfaction levels with clients and candidates.
• Ensure that weekly and monthly submission and hiring targets are consistently achieved.
• Update and manage reports, including applicant tracking system data and reports, alongside other administrative duties.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage all facets of recruiting, including competitive market analysis, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, negotiating, and closing candidates while delivering results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting environment.
• Capacity to surpass performance expectations and goals, as well as incorporate feedback to achieve targeted outcomes.
• Maintain awareness of the recruitment pipeline at all times. Additionally, you must be able to confidently communicate about the pipeline to others.
• Strong client orientation and dedication to continuous improvement.
• Ability to implement recruitment strategies, including clear communication of RPO and client relationships.
• Exhibits strong time management skills, embraces change, and demonstrates adaptability when directions and priorities shift.
• Actively engages in the recruiting team and seeks opportunities to add value while fostering an atmosphere of open collaboration.
• Proven computer proficiency, including intermediate MS Office skills, experience with an applicant tracking system, and a robust social media presence.
