This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Manage the candidate selection process by identifying and evaluating applicants, conducting initial phone interviews, coordinating interviews, and collecting feedback from clients and candidates.
• Establish and nurture a robust candidate network through market research and continuous bench management.
• Create an innovative and proactive recruitment strategy to attract both passive and active job seekers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers (clients) on final candidate selections, compensation, and recruitment processes with a focus on delivering value and prioritizing the client's needs.
• Ensure that weekly and monthly submission and hiring objectives are achieved.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively execute all facets of recruiting, including competitive market analysis, passive candidate sourcing, advanced internet research, negotiating, and closing candidates while delivering results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven, deadline-oriented recruiting environment.
• Capacity to surpass performance expectations and goals, alongside the ability to implement feedback for achieving desired results.
• Strong client orientation and dedication to ongoing improvement.
• Proven computer skills, including intermediate proficiency in MS Office, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a solid presence on social media.
