This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage the selection process by identifying and evaluating candidates, conducting initial phone screenings, facilitating interviews, and collecting feedback from clients and candidates.
• Establish and nurture a robust candidate network through market analysis and ongoing management of talent pools.
• Anticipate the needs of clients and preferences of hiring managers while ensuring strong ratios of submissions to interviews and interviews to offers.
• Create innovative and proactive recruitment strategies for both passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent for available positions and address any objections that may arise during the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers and clients regarding final selections, compensation, and recruitment procedures.
• Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Ensure the achievement of weekly and monthly submission and hiring goals.
• Update and manage the applicant tracking system data, reports, and associated administrative records.
• Demonstrated ability to handle all facets of recruiting, including competitive market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, negotiation, and candidate closing.
• Proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting environment with strict deadlines.
• Capability to exceed performance expectations and goals while implementing feedback to reach desired results.
• Proficiency in confidently conveying the recruiting pipeline to others.
• Strong client focus and dedication to continuous improvement.
• Ability to execute recruitment strategies, including a clear understanding of RPO and client relationships.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing directions and priorities.
• Actively contribute to the recruiting team and add value while promoting open collaboration.
• Proficient in computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system.
