Recruitment Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process from initial job briefing to final offer and placement.

• Identify and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct search methods.

• Evaluate, interview, and assess candidates to align them with appropriate roles.

• Develop and sustain robust relationships with clients and hiring managers.

• Handle multiple job vacancies concurrently while meeting deadlines.

• Keep precise and current records in both the ATS and CRM systems.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.

• Strong sourcing abilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Teamtailor, Greenhouse, Workday, or similar systems.

• Goal-oriented with a passion for connecting people with talent.

• Capable of managing a high volume of roles and candidates at once.

• Self-driven and able to operate independently in a remote setting.

• A relevant degree or diploma in HR, Psychology, or Business is preferred.
