This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the complete hiring process from sourcing candidates to final placements.
• Achieve monthly placement goals while ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Utilize various search strategies to source candidates and develop a diverse talent pool.
• Pre-screen candidates through resume reviews and phone interviews to evaluate suitability.
• Conduct internal assessments, including Pre-Screening, Grammar evaluations, and Initial interviews.
• Prepare candidate profiles, resumes, and communication for client presentations.
• Manage the interview and selection procedures effectively.
• Define job descriptions and document specifications comprehensively.
• Monitor projects post-launch and track their progress until completion.
• Engage with clients to comprehend their hiring requirements and objectives.
• Build strong relationships with clients and foster long-term partnerships.
• Keep updated with recruiting trends and best practices in the industry.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience is required.
• Previous experience in a client-facing recruitment role is essential.
• Capable of placing at least 4-5 candidates per month as a baseline.
• Knowledgeable in interview techniques and applicant evaluation methods.
• Familiar with a diverse range of sourcing channels.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Google Workspace and Office 365 (or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and CRM tools.
• Experience in managing client relationships effectively.
• Proven ability to handle multiple recruitment searches at various stages simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective and cooperative working relationships based on trust.
