• Aligning Candidates with Clients: Present shortlisted candidates to clients while offering insights on their suitability.

• Sustaining Relationship Management: Foster ongoing connections with both candidates and clients to gain insight into their long-term requirements.

• Staying Updated on Industry Trends: Remain informed about market dynamics, salary benchmarks, and shifts in recruitment practices within the sector.
