This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Evaluating candidate applications: Analyze CVs sourced from job boards, measuring qualifications and experience against job specifications.
• Candidate screening: Ensure that applicants possess the relevant skills and experience aligned with industry or educational roles available.
• Shortlisting qualified candidates: Select top-tier talent and forward only the most suitable candidates to hiring teams.
• Communication and reporting: Maintain transparent communication with recruitment teams and provide consistent updates on candidate progress.
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, with the capacity to screen candidates for various roles.
• Knowledge of CV vetting procedures, especially for engineering and technical roles.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and candidate evaluation.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to swiftly evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Outstanding communication skills to interact with recruitment personnel, hiring teams, and candidates as necessary.
