This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct 16 structured interviews with candidates daily, each lasting 15 minutes, utilizing established evaluation criteria.
• Assess English proficiency, technical skills, and professional readiness against a standardized rubric.
• Apply consistent assessment criteria across communication, technical abilities, and cultural fit for all candidates.
• Provide clear pass/fail recommendations supported by specific reasoning.
• Complete thorough documentation within 5 minutes following each interview.
• Maintain an assessment accuracy rate of 90% or higher, validated against actual placement outcomes.
• Communicate assessment results directly and professionally to candidates.
• Achieve a candidate advancement rate of 15–25% without compromising standards.
• Monitor and meet daily interview completion targets of 95% or higher.
• Identify trends in candidate qualifications and notify the team of any market shifts.
• Adhere to established screening protocols while adapting to changing client needs.
• Contribute insights from the interview process to refine assessment methodologies over time.
• Previous experience in conducting interviews, assessments, or structured evaluations within recruitment, HR, or a related field.
• Proven ability to maintain quality and consistency in high-volume, repetitive work environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate a "no" as clearly as a "yes."
• Comfort with a fixed daily structure, including 16 interviews, designated time blocks, and set shifts.
• Familiarity with digital tools and the ability to quickly learn new platforms, such as ATS systems and CRMs.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring documentation is accurate even during busy periods.
