This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Lead the sourcing process and conduct screening interviews for entry-level positions
• Review and evaluate applications, and create structured shortlists
• Design and oversee candidate application workflows
• Manage the complete interview scheduling process
• Develop application and assessment materials
• Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain precise candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Utilize AI tools to enhance recruitment workflows
• Recent graduate or up to one year of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
• Comfortable with using AI tools
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
