This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle for various client positions concurrently, from initial intake through to offer acceptance.
• Grasp role specifications, ideal candidate characteristics, and success metrics for each search.
• Identify high-quality talent using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite and other platforms, consistently exploring innovative sourcing strategies and tools beyond simple keyword searches.
• Keep an organized and active talent pool in BambooHR, documenting candidate information, interactions, and suitability.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities.
• Conduct structured screening interviews that evaluate both technical skills and cultural fit.
• Create and coordinate role-specific assessments, including case studies, work samples, and technical evaluations.
• Develop comprehensive scorecards for each candidate, highlighting strengths, concerns, and interview feedback.
• Gather and confirm candidate references to ensure quality and compatibility.
• Thoroughly prepare candidates for client interviews, positioning them for success.
• Efficiently coordinate interview schedules across various time zones with professionalism.
• Collect and synthesize feedback from all stakeholders to facilitate hiring decisions.
• Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process, even if they are not selected.
• Provide clients with recruitment updates as required regarding search progress and candidate pipeline.
• Assist in negotiating offers to secure candidates while safeguarding client budgets.
• Ensure seamless transitions to the People Associate for onboarding processes.
• Document lessons learned and continuously enhance recruitment processes.
• 1-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in agency, startup, or high-growth settings.
• Strong sourcing capabilities utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, Indeed, and specialized job boards, with a proactive approach to exploring new tools and strategies.
• Proven success in recruiting across a range of functions including marketing, sales, creative, and operations.
• Experience in recruiting for technical positions is advantageous.
• Proficiency in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably BambooHR, for tracking candidates and managing pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills: capable of building rapport with candidates and handling challenging conversations gracefully.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented: ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks under your supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple searches at once without sacrificing quality.
• Self-starter mentality: you take initiative in your searches and don’t require constant supervision to achieve results.
• Experience recruiting for remote-first companies or distributed teams is a plus.
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, and Calendly.
• Background in placing talent for agencies, e-commerce brands, or B2B service companies is a nice-to-have.
