• Perform resume screening and analysis.

• Carry out professional reference checks as needed.

• Focus primarily on operational and high-volume recruitment tasks.

• Maintain up-to-date records and information for selection processes.

• Demonstrated experience in Recruitment and Selection.

• Background primarily in operational roles and high-volume recruitment processes.

• Proficient in conducting interviews.

• Quick and effective at screening and identifying qualified candidates.

• Education: University degree.

• Professional experience ranging from 3 to 5 years.
