Recruitment and Selection Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the hiring manager to align candidate profile requirements;

• Review resumes, coordinate, and conduct interviews;

• Create and document interview assessment reports;

• Manage client communications and relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources;

• Prior experience in recruitment and selection, ideally within consulting firms;

• Familiarity with primary recruitment methods, including interviewing techniques;

• Excellent communication skills.
