• Screening and reviewing resumes

• Sourcing candidates actively

• Conducting interviews

• Presenting candidates that align with the profile

• Overseeing the recruitment process until the vacancy is filled

• Self-motivated and capable of managing processes independently

• Comfortable with working towards targets and deadlines

• Familiarity with recruitment platforms is advantageous

• Experience using LinkedIn and engaging in active sourcing is a plus
